Friday, November 17, 2023 - Wine Experience Pairing Dinner: Slightly chilled, clear, bright med straw color. Bigger nose. This is a wonderful wine and one of the best domestic SB I've had. Clean, bright, intense, full flavored, slight oak, huge acidity and fresh. Completely fooled me vintage wise. Excellent wine and nothing off.
