Saturday, March 21, 2015 - (Bo's Bday Brunner + JM farewell - for now) [disgorged July 2014, 36 mths) Zippy, fresh soft florals, bread and red apples. Chewy concentrated tall acids, leafy + fruit skin acids, fine beads, and some savoury acids and intensity, finishing talc-y and honey notes. My first Pinot Meunier champagne!
