Monday, April 15, 2024 - 86% Tempranillo, 12% Garnacha, and 2% other local varietals, including some white grapes. Aged in large 5,000 to 10,000-liter oak vats, with 20% aged in smaller French barrels for 18 months.
Decanted 2h, enjoyed from a magnum. Cherry, fruit & nut chocolate bar, black tea, tobacco, coffee.
