Saturday, June 12, 2021 - Very young, despite having been opened several days before. Very Manzanilla on the nose - like inhaling the air at a Mediterranean beach. Palate is rich but with mouthwatering acidity. Lots of things going on - yeasty, grapefruit and granny smith apple fruit, salted almonds. Weightless but with a mouth saturating finish. Almost screams for tapas... or perhaps Rosti with melted Alpine cheese.
