Wednesday, July 1, 2020 - Lighter greenish/yellow color. Reticent, elegant and pretty finessed, this is showing nice notes of ripe stone fruit, some citrus, also some steely minerality, a touch of white pepper, also some apple. It‘s medium-bodied, with good medium+ acidity (which is surprising for the vintage) and a pretty long finish with good freshness and tension. There is a touch of bitterness on the finish adding complexity. I like this.
