Expressive nose displaying rich ripe yellow fruit, lemon curd, baked apple, burnt sugar, caramel, sweet spices and limestone. Excellent concentration, deeply toned rich yellow fruit, dense and oily, bright acidity, good limestone mineral and a long dense yellow fruit driven finish with burnt sugar and sweet spices at the end. It has a bit of fizz. This is a really rich and dense wine. Kinda heavy weight and serious.
