Friday, January 27, 2023 - A very weighted wine on the palate. Day 2 notes: Significant yellow fruit and stone ground palate. Yellow peach, roasted cashew, mature pear and honeysuckle lemongrass. A very dense wine from start to finish. Mouth coating, glycerine density. Makes me wonder why I don't have at least a case or 3 of this wine. I am a DuMOL fan and I can see these wines becoming my new normal. Finishes with white pepper spice. Beautiful wine.
