Tuesday, April 18, 2023 - Pop and pour. In the glass, clear pale gold. On the nose, thyme, lemon peel, and a touch of oak. On the palate, more lemon and a bit of smoke, married to a supple, lush texture that nonetheless delivers bursts of acidity to the palate, all the way through a moderately long finish.
