Thursday, June 15, 2023 - A touch of reduction and spritz. Maybe slightly gentle and flat but actually there's some nice balance. Relatively low acidity (I said relatively) but not flabby. Some notes of green mango, peach, slate, it's pithy and bitter on the finish.
