Thursday, February 2, 2023 - Coravin fun - Corton (My place, Kent Street): From Coravin. Earth, slightly sour/wild red and black fruits, a little sweet spice, savoury meaty underpin, with some mushroomy notes, slightly brambly. Juicy, medium plus intensity acidity, red and black hued fruit roll around the palate accompanied by some slightly woody and drying tannins, sweet spice, non-intrusive alcohol warmth on the finish, still has time.
