Wednesday, October 25, 2023 - Single glass. Tasted at Bern’s Steakhouse in Tampa, FL. Saffron, saffron, and more saffron. Then fruit of quince, apple and cider along with smoke, honey and fresh herbs. The palate has a slightly creamy texture and ok acidity. A good sauternes, nicely aged, but a below-average vintage for Yquem.
