Saturday, May 28, 2022 - I made this mistake of pulling this from the cellar at 55° fifteen minutes before opening it and only giving it another ten minutes of air.

For the first fifteen minutes in the glass I thought the bottle was bad. Then after an additional 30-45 minutes it started to open up and show what it can be. The last glass was enjoyable and commensurate with the prior notes given on CT.

Don't make the same mistake. Give this 2+ hours of air or another 3-4 years of time in the bottle.
