Tuesday, July 19, 2022 - Dark cherry, smoke, leather, dried herbs, and cured meat. Very savory. Excellent with buttery foods or on it's own. Cherry brightens over time, but never so much that it overpowers the savory notes. Well-balanced, especially after being open for an hour or so.
