Wednesday, September 19, 2018 - Ordered off wine list at Nice Matin. From a magnum. This was just awesome. Unfortunately we didn't really have time to go through the full evolution of it. the wine is clearly still young. Opened and decanted and poured and swirled quite a bit in the glass. First taste was tight. As it opened up it's the red fruits with peppercorn and just a depth and complexity that I always marvel at. Never quite hit full expression from what I could tell. Last sip was the best. Delicious wine.
