Wednesday, June 15, 2011 - Dark maroon color. Cigar, leather and espresso nose with just a whisper of dark red fruit. Full bodied and massively structured. The palate shows off some earthiness with tobacco leaf and bing cherry. The acid and tannin are in front at this point and this one needs age, air or food. Maybe all three.
