Monday, January 4, 2021 - Salty nose with lemon and lime and quince, with chalk and sea spray. Pure and vibrant on the palate, a nice juicy, round texture is welcome, too. Honey and white flowers meet sea salt, crushed stones, minerals. Pretty, delicious, ripe but zesty.
