Thursday, June 29, 2023 - A Ridge Tahoe Weekend; 6/29/2023-7/2/2023 (Edgewood Resort): I didn’t spend enough time with this wine because I wanted to get to the Monte Bello and once I got there it was hard to want to go back. From magnum. This is young and peppery and feels to me like it needs significantly more time to be anywhere close to ready. Would have been really interesting to compare this wine to the first vintage in 65.
