Tuesday, April 5, 2022 - Fully mature nose displaying ripe dry yellow fruit, dry apricot and peach, strong lanoline, light caramel and sweet spices. There is a hint of oxidation. Excellent concentration, nicely layered slightly dry yellow fruit, mouth puckering acidity, strong mineral, and a medium to long ripe yellow fruit driven finish with lanoline at the end. A bit past its prime but still enjoyable. If you are a buyer, make sure the color is not too dark.
