Wednesday, March 12, 2014 - Pre-Paulee Birthday Dinner (Jardiniere - San Francisco CA): Ripe stone fruit. Moderate maturity, in fact very fresh for any white wine at this age. Flavors and aromas are very good, but the concentration and density of this wine were particularly memorable and noteworthy. A rare treat, thank you, Michael.
