Monday, April 10, 2023 - Not much on the nose - fruit or otherwise. Similarly on the palate I get the chacteristic (for Cayron, in my experience) ground pepper followed by a licorice finish. Not the most extroverted Gigondas but a unique and tasteful expression nonetheless.
