  Not much on the nose - fruit or otherwise. Similarly on the palate I get the chacteristic (for Cayron, in my experience) ground pepper followed by a licorice finish. Not the most extroverted Gigondas but a unique and tasteful expression nonetheless.

  Fabulous, dark stone fruit, dry and smooth, this is one of the best Southern Thone wines.

  Beautiful nose of garrigue and graphite minerals. Those flavors follow through on the palate with dark red fruit and a lovely smooth texture. Finishes taut and dry with delicious notes of garrigue spices and minerals. A very good vintage of this underrated wine that also ages well in the medium term. 91+
