Thursday, January 13, 2022 - The nose just dances right out of the glass, sprinkling apple, elderflower, apple blossom, green pear, white peach, candied lemon, grapefruit, chalk, flint, kerosine, baked apple, honey, and hazelnuts notes across the tasting room. You get all of this in the mouth, staying for a long, lingering finish. The fruit concentration more than meets the high acidity, setting up the components for further ageing.

It really is lovely. One to savour.
