Monday, January 31, 2011 - Still delicious, no downside. Cork was saturated but held tough, no oxidation. Very smooth and slightly unfiltered color. Did not see an aged orange tint list older cabs I've tried. Finish was very long and smooth. Classic cassis and a hint of olive on the tong.
