Wednesday, August 30, 2023 - Decanted 30 minutes before service - 2 hours might have been better. In the glass, rich, saturated purple-tinted maroon. On the nose, plum, black pepper, salt water, and a touch of violet. On the palate, stone fruits, saline, raspberry, and a hint of peach - this feels a bit less forward than Bossmen from earlier vintages, but we are early to the party.
