Saturday, July 8, 2023 - 杏仁乳、榛子碎、不少坚果碎屑,苹果、苹果汁等,带有些许氧化味以及陈年而来的焦糖之类的风味,周遭有一圈轻微的奶油。入口时分前段颇为宽阔有力,滚滚的苹果、苹果泥、柠檬挞和蜜渍柑橘之类的果味,还有轻微的咸奶酪,整体比较清澈,酸度已经驯化,变作柔顺绵绵,后段略弱,醒酒后有所好转,整体果味也更加新鲜,不过收尾有点苦,长度略欠。91/100
