Zesty nose of lemon, pineapple, cream and honey, this shows a touch less fresh today (perhaps only in comparison, again) but with marked flavors of cheese curd (leesy quality), mint, salt and herbs. A beguiling wine today.

SAG (Blind) Tasting (Chez Weber - Chicago IL): Ripe and mature apple aromas and flavors that is advanced but age appropriate. Good vibrancy and energy with moderate length. Two consistent bottles.

杏仁乳、榛子碎、不少坚果碎屑,苹果、苹果汁等,带有些许氧化味以及陈年而来的焦糖之类的风味,周遭有一圈轻微的奶油。入口时分前段颇为宽阔有力,滚滚的苹果、苹果泥、柠檬挞和蜜渍柑橘之类的果味,还有轻微的咸奶酪,整体比较清澈,酸度已经驯化,变作柔顺绵绵,后段略弱,醒酒后有所好转,整体果味也更加新鲜,不过收尾有点苦,长度略欠。91/100

Post Musique & Vin Festival BYO Dinner with Musicians (1243 Bourgogne Society - Beaune): Lean orchard fruit with moderate signs of maturity. Lots of energy, consistent with how other well stored 1988s are performing. Very good now.
