Monday, March 10, 2008 - First taste was suprisingly crisp, but that sharpness faded quickly. Delicious wine, but seems like it is fading somewhat. Lychee fruit and some brown butter / toffee notes. Great mouthfeel. Backend is much more interesting that first tastes.
