Wednesday, February 6, 2019 - PopnPour, tasted over 2 hrs, bottle from secondary market
-dark ruby core, minimal bricking
-muted dark fruit ripe fig whiff of maturity
-med acidity, med weight nicely balanced fading crystalline black fruits licorice plum faint caramel/oxidative note, med/med- tannins with a little bit of heat on moderately long finish
-impressive purity of fruit in early maturity, highlighting the darker fruit profile of the vintage
