Tuesday, January 22, 2019 - Mixed Wines at Martina (Martina, Mpls): Medium gold color. Drank a glass over 90 minutes. This changed quite a bit over the 90 minutes I had it in glass. This isn't something that everyone is going to gravitate to, but it is a complex and intriguing wine. There's some typicity here for sure in the wooly, beeswax character, peach, candied orange peel, dried apricot, oxidative, honeyed goat cheese, and spice.
