Thursday, April 14, 2022 - 89/90. Has lovely unfruity aromas of slatey apples, honey, herbs, stonefruits+lemons+limes. Its unfruity chiselled dry light to medium bodied austere slatey/salty a bit foursquare freshly fruited stonefruits palate ends mediumish, fresh and tapering. 12%. Lay down 5-10 years. Decent value at 14 Euros. A bit unknit at the moment. Improves in the glass. A quintessential vin de terroir!
