  Racy, vibrant and thoroughly enjoyable. I suppose some people might require food with this but I personally found it to be quite fabulous all by its lonesome thanks to its mouth-watering acidity and lip-smacking mineral-fruit balance that keeps you going back for more.

  Colour: light gold, legs are slow, no sediment
  Nose: mirabelle, apricot, honeysuckle, acacia honey
  Mouth: grapefruit, citrus, green apple, herbs
  Finish: citrus, dry slate, herbs, slight lingering bitterness

  89/90. Has lovely unfruity aromas of slatey apples, honey, herbs, stonefruits+lemons+limes. Its unfruity chiselled dry light to medium bodied austere slatey/salty a bit foursquare freshly fruited stonefruits palate ends mediumish, fresh and tapering. 12%. Lay down 5-10 years. Decent value at 14 Euros. A bit unknit at the moment. Improves in the glass. A quintessential vin de terroir!

  Had this as a sipper. Pleasant, apricot flavors, medium body, lighter acidity than I expected.
