Tuesday, April 15, 2008 - Today's Bordeaux (W Hotel, Chicago IL): nose: real nice and round nose of melon, lemon zest, pears, and lots of minerals and wet rocks
taste: pleasant mineral laced flavors with some lemon and melon behind the minerals
overall: really nice and crisp with a good mineral based attack and acidity
