Wednesday, November 16, 2011 - This Suduiraut was beautiful on the nose with lots of honey and pineapple! On the palet it was thick as oil and had a good mouth feel with the honey maybe a bit too much but still very good! The finish had nice acidity to back up the sweet tones and all together an enjoyable sauternes!
