Saturday, January 5, 2013 - enjoyed as part of 7 course wine pairing dinner with good friends and fellow oenophiles. Paired with a coffee infused pot de creme. a little early for this wine but very nice sweetness candied fruit nose, citrus is restrained, texture is wonderfully creamy with hint of oak and vanilla
