Monday, January 26, 2009 - Union des Grand Cru Tasting (Lighthouse (Pier 61, Chelsea Piers)): At UGC Grand Tasting in New York. Exceeded expectations. Both the 05 and 06 showed very well. The 06 was the better of the two, with perfect acidity, brown sugar, apricot and constantly developing complexity. Super effort.
