Thursday, April 16, 2020 - Second tasting in a month with consistent notes. Leather, smoke, toast, cedar, mushroom, wet forest, tobacco. Very distinctive leather and tobacco nose. The tannin had integrated well and with medium acidity. Paired it with Japanese sushi during the Covid19 circuit breaker at home.
