Tuesday, May 4, 2021 - Popped and poured, this showed beautiful aromas of smoke, black currant, thyme, camphor, and blackberry. Medium acidity, tannins fully resolved, a very elegant and refined bottle today that paired fantastically with NY Strip. Finished after about 2 hours open and still firing on all cylinders at that point.
