Thursday, January 11, 2024 - PnP, consumed over 2 hours. Appearance: Clear, medium garnet with some edge clouding. Nose: Medium- intensity with developed aromas of mushroom, earth, dried cherry, and leather. Palate: Dry, medium+ tannins are soft and well-integrated, medium acid, medium body, 14.5% abv with developed flavors of cranberry, earth, and leather with a medium finish. Drink now.
