Saturday, December 9, 2023 - 2.5 hour decant… next time, I will aim to open and decant 3.5 hours before guests arrive.
For a Bordeaux, this is a fairly jammy wine with low acidity and complex tannins that are well integrated through and through. Very easy to drink. No off notes.
Open now without any regret, but don’t drink before 3 hours of patient decanting.
