Monday, April 17, 2023 - Light golden yellow in color. Full, forward & fragrant nose of ripe tropical fruits of lychee & pineapple & stone fruits with overtones of floral & mineral notes, some grassy notes, herbal & a hint of vanilla in the background. Medium light bodied with a good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, ripe fruit flavors of grapefruit, lemons/limes, melon & green apples with minerals, herbs & some vanilla. Lingering finish. Drinks quite well at present & should develop further with additional aging.
