  Crisp and lemony and mineraly with a strong reductive note on the nose and finish.

  Château Lynch-Bages Blanc de Lynch-Bages 2019
  ポイヤックの怪物、シャトー ランシュ・バージュの白ワイン。
  しっかりどっしりとした赤のイメージとは異なり、花の様な軽やかな香り、エレガントな味わいと適度なミネラル感に長い余韻。
  久々に、震えるほど旨い白ワインでした。
  White wine from the monster of Pauillac, Château Lanche Bages.
  Unlike the image of a solid, robust red, it has a light, floral aroma, an elegant taste, moderate minerality, and a long finish.
  It's been a while since I've had a white wine that was so good it made me shiver.

  Very similar impression to my first taste of this last December. Quite grassy. Blinded, I guessed NZ sauv blanc, and don’t feel too terrible about it. Nice grapefuit notes, very fresh and lithe on the palate.

  Explosive grapefruit, peach and passionfruit on the nose with a floral element. Impressive weight and texture on the palate. Long finish, with refreshing acidity. Very impressive and drinking really nicely now in the heat of summer. I’ve been very pleased with the 2019 white Bordeaux I’ve tasted so far. This could probably go on for 5 years, but why wait?

  Light golden yellow in color. Full, forward & fragrant nose of ripe tropical fruits of lychee & pineapple & stone fruits with overtones of floral & mineral notes, some grassy notes, herbal & a hint of vanilla in the background. Medium light bodied with a good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, ripe fruit flavors of grapefruit, lemons/limes, melon & green apples with minerals, herbs & some vanilla. Lingering finish. Drinks quite well at present & should develop further with additional aging.
