Tuesday, April 5, 2016 - Riesling Dinner (La Mangeoire): Nearly colourless in the glass. Extremely fresh and clean nose. Traces of white rubber, ethanol, and petrol. A touch reductive but overall very clean and focused. Highly floral with some lavender.
