Friday, April 3, 2009 - Drank with spicy Asian the first night and then alone on the second. Paired well with the Asian food. COLOR: Pale yellow. NOSE: Fruity - apples, pears. TASTE: Fruity, again, but not enoug minerality/acidity to balance it. Nice finish, but nothing special. OVERALL: Disappointing. I was expecting more. A little too sweet for me, too.
