Friday, March 3, 2023 - Peabody House Natural Wines (Oak Barrel, Elizabeth Street, Sydney): Medium minus intensity shows a little green note, touch of sulphur prickle, flint, even with agitation this is a fairly neutral nose. Medium plus intensity acidity is sour, bitter, hard, a touch foursquare, blocky, it's a bit belchy, a little gooseberry and greengage. Ugh, pretty awful.
