  Spot on Loire SB. Great balance and savory, food friendly flavors. Good QPR. Expressive aromatics with an enjoyable lingering finish.

  Peabody House Natural Wines (Oak Barrel, Elizabeth Street, Sydney): Medium minus intensity shows a little green note, touch of sulphur prickle, flint, even with agitation this is a fairly neutral nose. Medium plus intensity acidity is sour, bitter, hard, a touch foursquare, blocky, it's a bit belchy, a little gooseberry and greengage. Ugh, pretty awful.

  Soft mineral driven nose with light green fruits. The palate is good but not blasting you with flavor. This is very old world Sauv Blanc.
  
  I like this wine, it’s super quaffable and easy on the mind, but lacks major sophistication. But that’s okay, I didn’t dive into this bottle for those outcomes.
