Saturday, January 6, 2024 - First time drinking this vintage. As a vegetarian, I have to say it went excellently with a range of things. We drank this on day 1 after opening and letting it breathe for 8 hours with a Mt. Tamm Brie and it brought out some wonderful raspberry jam notes. Also went well with a black bean quesadilla and guacamole. Went well with a mushroom bolognese lasagna but surprisingly this was the least favorable pairing. Cannot wait to try on day 2 with some different foods.
