Saturday, June 12, 2021 - This Aubert was not just singing; it hit high C.
We decanted this and immediately served with cheese, charcuterie and other goodies. It was beautifully balanced with enjoyable spice notes. The aromatics were tantalizing and the taste was rich and luscious yet it had a lovely "airy" quality. The finish went on and on and on.
A real beauty!
