  • Garnet. Nose of red fruits, big. Taste mouthfilling, rich, long aftertaste. Reminds somewhat of the Leroy style.

  • 浑浊的淡石榴红色,闻香有明显的腌菜味,樱桃红果,香草一类的香料感,香气是非常标准的勃艮第黑皮诺的味道,入口酸度高,单宁细腻,酒液咸,收口微甜,酒精度非常高,辛辣感和灼烧感明显,活泼的红果香气和桂皮一类的香料感融合在一起,有些许脂粉味,还能感受到充分陈年后橡木桶融合的香料感,后段还发展出一些檀香的味道,余味是红果,奶油和胭脂香料。如果你能接受它超高的酒精度和后段微苦的口感,这酒的口中的香气复杂度和深度真的非常惊人,非一般黑皮诺能比。

  • Deep garnet/red. Nose reminds of Leroy. No forest floor, more teenager of cherries, berries. Taste mouthfilling and delightful. The key with these is aging.

  • This Aubert was not just singing; it hit high C.
    We decanted this and immediately served with cheese, charcuterie and other goodies. It was beautifully balanced with enjoyable spice notes. The aromatics were tantalizing and the taste was rich and luscious yet it had a lovely "airy" quality. The finish went on and on and on.
    A real beauty!

  • Pooped/poured, floral nose and taste, glycerin silky mouthfeel, blue fruit and some grapefruit on the front with a 30 second finish, some small heat on the finish - this is drinking really well now.

    <update> same bottle next day (from nitrogen preservation dispenser)
    This wine has such a soft mouthfeel while delivering the fruit with floral tones - wow I love the Aubert Pinot style - the alcohol level once again did not intrude. I'm bumping this to 94 pts.
