90 Points

Tuesday, August 18, 2009 - Second time I have had this, but from a different 3-pack this time. Figured a perfect match with rib-eye and burgers. Drank hot tonight, like the last time. Yes there are some nice fruits on the front palate, and the tannins are big, maybe too big. But the problem is the heat ruins the finish on this wine. Shared with 6 others and nobody was wowed. Having also had the '05 Palmer and '05 Cos many times, both of which are crafted big and sweet like the Kayli Morgan, I just don't see the Kayli in the same league.
