Sunday, March 12, 2017 - Opened a 2005 Continuum and 2005 Hundred Acre Kayli Morgan to celebrate our friend Micheal's birthday. Both were decanted for about one hour and both were outstanding but really different. The Continuum was savory and complex, with tea, spice and red fruits. The Hundred Acre was sweet and smooth, with more blue fruits and mostly primary flavors. Before dinner, the Continuum was the clear group favorite. Both wines were superb with food (grilled portobello mushrooms and pesto pasta).
